Hey DardenFY,

I had a question regarding how meeting teams manage the material for Monday class. Do they usually meet Thursday night, Friday during the day, or Sunday night? Or does it depend on a team-by-team basis.

The reason I'm asking is there may be a couple weekends I'll be forced to be out of town this fall and I may struggle to be back before 11pm on Sunday night. I'd hate to leave my group high and dry, not to mention be unprepared for Monday class. How do teams usually handle this (I'm sure it can be an issue during recruiting too).

C2F, not to butt into this thread, but are you still in the mix for Booth?

Hey DardenFY,

The reason I'm asking is there may be a couple weekends I'll be forced to be out of town this fall and I may struggle to be back before 11pm on Sunday night. So it totally depends on the team. Each coordinate it. Some would meet Thursday and get everything done for Monday, some would meet over the weekend and some would meet Sunday evening. Bottom line, sometimes not everyone can make it. Everyone has his/her own personal plans/conferences/etc. If someone can't make it sometimes he'll join on LYNC (im) with video or just send his files over with explanations. Totally understandable and not an issue :)

DardenFY, Thanks for the response. That's good to know and consistent with the culture at Darden

Hello212, I'm still deciding between Booth and Darden and collecting information. I'll probably take the weekend before I decide. While they're definitely different schools, there are aspects of both I like a lot. I don't think I'll go wrong either way, but that's not making the decision any easier.
