The answer will greatly depend on your goals and what you want to take out of the degree at the end.
If you have a pretty good idea what do you want to do and you don’t need to network with people and you just wanna get your credential and some better skills and move on, I think the hybrid online option is great. (Is that I haven’t gone to the UW hybrid program) .
The part-time program is a lot more logistics but you get to meet people and socialize and build your network. In the executive, evening and hybrid programs your main network will be your classmates not alumni not full-time MBA graduates but your classmates. These are the people who can help you find a job and refer you to their company. Some of them may hire you 😂
In terms of flexibility, most part-time programs are very flexible but they usually require you to complete the first year with your cohort. There is a certain set of core classes and after the first year you can usually take your time and if you want to take five years…. Most people however want to be done and out as fast as possible but you can for example once quarter/term take three classes and then another semester take one.
