canvasses is pural and should take pural verb.

Omitting the clause,

The artist’s most recent work is extraordinarily popular with interior designers specializing in hotels.

Here the subject is singular so verb should be singular. So options C, D, E are out.

Between A and B, we will choose A cause we need comma to separate the clause from main sentence.

So A is right.
