The explanation for 'A' is the wrong answer does not make any sense....there is no plurality/singularity error....so for example, we can say that 'there are many service providers transitioning into a process....this sentence by no means is incorrect....clarification for why is option C correct and more importantly option 'A' incorrect will be much appreciated...
