--I interpreted it as, one will strengthen and the other will weaken at the same time but as per answer choice C,
"Under high computational demand, processors that maintain a stable voltage supply do not exhibit performance drops, regardless of the efficiency of their cooling system.?
voltage stability is strengthen and temperature is not weakening it.
come to think of it, undermine = weaken or = not strengthen, with this ig it makes sense.
--I interpreted it as, one will strengthen and the other will weaken at the same time but as per answer choice C,

voltage stability is strengthen and temperature is not weakening it.
come to think of it, undermine = weaken or = not strengthen, with this ig it makes sense.
