I will strongly recommend e-gmat.com. This is quality resource for non-natives. I particularly found there SC course complete and easy to follow.
They offer some content as trial. You can give it a try.

- The best way IMO to radically and efficiently improve Verbal skills is to read the WSJ or NY Times on a daily basis.

This this this! Do this! Read an American newspaper every day. It helps out so much and incorporates all the parts of Verbal. Do this every day and it will pay off!
