You know best where you are with verbal, but if you believe it is truly bad, stop timing any questions you are doing. Just as with mathematics, make sure you understand the basics and the rules for SC, rather than trying to practice 100s of them. It may be slow initially, but with practice it will pick up pace.
RC - some others have posted excellent strategies here.
CR - again start slow. with the easier ones, once you get a hang of the patterns of questions, try LSAT questions for practice, so the GMAT questions will seem easier.
you still have over a month. Practicing 1 hour per weekday for verbal and another 2-3 hours weekends should be sufficient to raise your confidence.
