I've taken 6 practice tests now. The most recent landed me a 690. I was happy to see this initially because it's the highest I've hit so far and my goal is a 700+.

The problem is my Quant score was lower (much lower... Q38) than the first baseline test I took before I started prepping 10 weeks ago. Conversely, my verbal score just keeps climbing despite that fact that I spend absolutely no time studying Verbal. Most recently I earned a V45 and left 15mins on the clock for this section!?!?

Has anyone else run into this?

I work full-time, married, have two kids, and I still carve out 25+ hrs each week, focusing on narrowing the gap between the two scores, BUT IT JUST KEEPS GROWING!

I have 12 days until it's go-time. WHAT DO I DO?

Don't just study for the sake of it now. FOCUS on whatever you are doing and spend time on mistakes you are making.
For example, look at the feedback of your mocks. Take a sheet of paper and note down the QUANT TOPICS in which you are making most of the mistakes. Saye, number properties or Inequalities (in Algebra). Spend next two three days working on it.
And as far as Verbal is concerned, keep your basics clear and only practice from the Official material as you have only a few days left.
It's important to match the exact STANDARD of the Verbal you are going to see in the test.
