Question

gmat cr sc are not clear to me so what should i do to do well
in gmat.

plz guide me if there is any one..................

Of the GMAT verbal sections, SC is the easiest to improve and RC is probably the section that will take the longest time to improve. These RC videos may help.

Some people recommend reading the NY Times. While that may be beneficial in the long run, it's unlikely that reading NYTimes will actually help boost your score in a few weeks. Focus on keywords in the passage so you know when you should really pay attention and when you can "skim" parts of a paragraph. This is almost an art rather than a science and takes time to develop.

my exam scheduled on july 15.
as a non native english speaker faces problem with verbal
so by which strategy i can score at least 600, verbal 30 at least quant i belive to do 45+
plz offer some suggestions

i am using OG 10-12 AND 2ND edition
guide books mean powerscore cr and mgmat series 4th edition
interesting point is that always i stuck between 2 options say for A and B, if i choose A then answer is B and vice-versa

You have the right books for verbal, so put in as much effort as possible for those two books - especially Manhattan SC. In fact, I advise you to read Manhattan SC at least twice.

It's also important to fully review every OG verbal question - even the ones that you answer correctly. This reinforces the material, helps you to get into the GMAT's logic, and builds confidence. Also keep an error log, which is crucial for improved performance.

But I'm still not satisfied with my response. What else can you tell us about your studies? What do you find difficult? Are the Powerscore CR Bible and Manhattan SC guidebooks easy to understand, or do you struggle at times?

i am learning the rules of verbal but when i go to apply in questions then i loss my control over those.

It seems that haven't fully absorbed the material just yet. But that's okay; you still have time. Another plus is that you have so many OG questions. And don't forget that GMATClub's Verbal forums have lots of practice questions too. Other than rereading and fully reviewing OG questions, I usually recommend members to take an active role in the SC and CR forums and answer questions.

For now, though, focus on the concepts covered in the guidebooks. Try to supplement that with some GMAT Fiction in early stages of your preparation.
