How many of each question are on the verbal section? Is it always the same?

The breakup number is not always the same but they are normally in this ratio,
SC 39% (16)
RC 34% (14)
CR 27% (11)
Total 41

In all my CATs so far:
SC 14-15
RC 13-14
CR 12-14
I have neither seen CR 11 nor SC 16. But I have heard somebody seeing even SC 17 in one of the GMATPrep tests.
But in general SC appears 1-2 questions more than the 2nd highest question type. Normally, I have seen RC is pretty standard, i.e. 2x3 + 2x4 = 14. Rest is CR, which I guess is the min of the 3.
