Does anyone know how the GMAT adjusts RC difficulty level through the test? All all the passages the same level of difficulty and the questions just increase in toughness? Also, does the GMAT increase difficulty of RC based on how you are doing on just RC or the entire verbal section as a whole?
ok. The questions within any given passage do not change in terms of difficulty. The passage and its questions are static and given a difficulty rating as a whole. Based on where you are (scoring wise) in the verbal, you get a passage + questions of the appropriate difficulty. The adaptive nature applies to all of the questions in a section, not by question type.
Princeton Review is awesome for getting down the basics. But, of course, it's not nearly enough material to master the test. With the exception of the OG, no single book is.
