I have my GMAT in 8 days.
My verbal score is not improving and stuck at 35-36. Target is V40-41
I have completed OG and VR and looking at more resources for verbal practice. Is Verbal scholaranium of e-gmat a good idea at this juncture.
I haven't enrolled in any of the courses so far and my preparation has been largely through self-study only.
I do not have enough resources and should be a bit religious in spending, considering the future costs associated with application and the like. Experts, pl help.

You should not touch any new methods or materials for last 1 week before your test. I would suggest you look at your notes and find the questions where you make mistake. Then practice those questions again.

It would be better if you can redo the OG and OG VR instead at this point. Make sure you understand why wrong answers are wrong and correct ones are correct. This is what maximum you can do in one week.

P.S- egmat is really good. But you should have started it at least a month before or so. But not a week before your test.
