Usually, I fail to answer 8/41 verbal questions. Could someone tell me what is my verbal score?

There isn't a good way to approximate your score on the basis on your correct/incorrect because the scoring is so dependent on the level of questions you are facing. You need to take a practice exam to approximate your verbal score.

As a rough estimation, I say 40-42, if your wrong answers, at worst, have been distributed uniformly through the test.
But the distribution of wrong answers throughout the test also has an effect on the score; if your wrong answers happen earlier, then you score will be lower than when they happen later.
