Hi,
I am scheduled to take the GMAT in 2.5 weeks. I am a native English speaker, have been studying for 2.5 months.
I took my first CAT 2 weeks ago, and scored great. 2nd CAT went even better.
I purchased the 2 exam packs and decided to take exam #5 from EP2. while my quant score went up, verbal took a hard hit. the verbal section felt much harder than previous tests - I had 3 reading comprehension passages within the first 12 Qs!
here are my scores:
Gmat Prep free 1: Q:48, V:45 total: 750 (2 weeks ago)
Gmat prep free 2: Q:49, V:49 , total: 770 (1 week ago)
Gmat prep exam 5 (pack 2): Q:50 , V:40 , total: 740 (today)
I felt very confident in my verbal scoring ability, but today's exam has me a bit worried. has anyone else found the verbal went worse than usual with this exam?
I am aiming for 750+ (although 740 would be great). how should I move forward in the next couple of weeks? I feel I have focused so much on quant these last 2 weeks that I might have neglected verbal too much.
any help, last minute tips and advice would be appreciated!
