I'd like to know a bit more about this Official Score and how you've been studying:
1) On Test Day, did you finish any sections early? Did you have to rush to finish questions at the end of a section because you were low on time? Did you run out of time and leave any questions unanswered?
2) Was there any point in which you started to feel tired or had trouble focusing?
3) How were you scoring on your practice CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
4) Did you take the ENTIRE CAT every time (including the Essay and IR sections)?
Thankfully, Business Schools don't care if you take the GMAT more than once, so retesting is not a problem. Before you retake the GMAT though, some serious work will probably have to be done. Improving your score 200 points in 6 weeks will be a challenge.
