When I try to click on a link to go to the mobile app from my Veritas Prep On Demand account, I’m being redirected to the App Store, where I get an error saying that the app isn’t available in my region/country...any idea why this is happening?

We've discontinued that app - the app itself was getting buggy and the mobile web experience (just using a mobile browser on your phone/tablet - Chrome seems to be best) is substantially better. I'll do another pass to make sure we've removed those references from the accounts.
