Hello,
Thanks for sharing your profile. To make sure I understand correctly, it sounds like you've worked full time in an IT role, and on the side you've started your own successful equity research firm. Is that correct? If so, it would help me to know the extent to which you've grown the business - what range of revenues, how many employees, etc.?
Assuming your company is very successful, then you'll have a very good chance at top programs. Entrepreneurial experience goes a very long way in demonstrating the kind of leadership and analytic capability ad coms seek. Your academics are also strong, and your extracurriculars during college are pretty good (nothing out of the ordinary, but seems that you were active). My biggest concern would be that you have no post-college extracurriculars/community activities, but given that you are running your own company on the side, I think this will be forgiven.
I wouldn't say your work experience is low - it's lower than average, but it's not impossible. Also, your experience as an entrepreneur adds quite a bit of strength to your profile, as I mentioned.
I don't think that improving your GMAT score to 750 is necessary, but of course, it could help, especially at very top programs.
As far as target programs - it depends what you're looking for, but I would suggest that you aim for top 25 schools. I would pick programs in the range of Cornell, Tepper, NYU to UCLA, Darden, Duke, Michigan, to even Columbia, Wharton. Again, I'm assuming your company is very successful based on what you say below, but it would be helpful to have more details.
Best of luck,
Mili
