People make mistakes in an exam. Male chauvinism is not a mistake. Unfortunately, in the world we live in this type of behaviour is widespread but I find it encouraging that there are people willing to step forward and speak against this.

I am not a female, yet this sort of inward reflection of "business leaders" is EXTREMELY discouraging to see. This isn't a "mistake" or a case where some individuals demonstrated "poor judgment". This is is a reflection of the culture either at Wharton, or at the least, those who attend Wharton. I considered applying to Wharton as the only East Coast school for me, but the D-bag culture was well-documented and this sort of thing only justifies the decision I made not to apply.
