There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
First off, a 760/Q50 is an outstanding score. That having been said, many Business Schools expect applicants to score at least a 4.0 (out of 6.0) on the Essay portion of the GMAT. Depending on your Overall Profile and the specific Programs that you are interested in, you might not actually have anything to be concerned about though. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
I agree that you should reach out to some consultants here on GMAT Club to get further advice.
That being said, you have a fantastic GMAT score, so if your quant and verbal scores are at the top end of the score ranges, then perhaps a low writing score will not hinder your application.
