I had applied for R1 and after assessing my application, I was told that I would be reconsidered for R2. Now, it is 3 days past the due date for them to come back with a decision, which they didnt. To add to that, they remain as silent as ever over the mail. This is totally unacceptable. Applicants open themselves up for consideration, and MIT adcom can't even come back with a decision in the stipulated time and can't even send an update over the mail apprising the applicants that there would be delay. Shame!!
