The author suggests that earlier novels, movies, and rock music were considered wrong, but now the idea of considering novel reading as morally wrong is absurd so, the people who consider video games morally corrupted now, will get hang to video games soon.
Here we are justifying that the situation with video games will improve. as novels', movies', and rock music's situation did.
