any idea how much time it takes typically to solve and review each question in the initial 2-4 weeks...

Always try to solve the problem under 2 minutes, If no luck... that's fine --- try to get the solution,
In start it might take a little long to get to the answers, but slowly and slowly when you learn how to act according to question, you'll improve the time.

When I started it took me on average around 3 minutes but I got it down to sub 2 with practice.
