There is no clean/perfect list of topics. The OG 12 lists some in their review but it is not exact unfortunately...

Have you seen our recommendations for the Books?

Hello everyone,

I am starting gmat studying very soon. I have come up with study plan and I would greatly appreciate some input from those who have studied and taken the test. I have 3 months. My plan is to take each chapter from the GMAT club gammar and math books and cover one of those each day. Example: Today I will thoroughly study triangles, and tomorrow linking verbs, and so on. I will cover one of these topics daily, while also reviewing and doing practice problems from the books I have. So on any given day I will learn one new topic, review previous day topics and complete some practice problems. I figure I can learn the new material in 1.5 months, leaving 1.5 months for review and practice problems and practice tests. Does this seem like a good plan?

Thanks a lot!

If possible, try and go over the theory as soon as possible. A lot of trickier questions test you on multiple topics. Besides, the theory you need to know for GMAT is quite limited.
Leave enough time at the end for practice questions, mock tests, review of tougher topics, review of error logs you create while working on the practice questions and some good rest before the actual test!

Word of Caution:
I wouldn't recommend the Princeton Review Book to those trying to score above 700. The book concentrates on guessing strategies rather than teaching fundamentals :)

You have time on your side. So you can go for Total GMAT Math <<< I haven't used it, but experienced people do recommend the same to test takers with a lot of preparation time.
