I just want to add one thing about excel error logs in general. While many GMATClub members have extremely impressive error logs, it's important to stick with something simple and straightforward. Too much time and effort can be lost in the design of a fancy error log.

Too add to what Millan has rightly said, I say "Develop your own method of tracking errors"

I used the flash card method to track my errors :)

Same goes for notes... Prepare your own notes :D

And to add to Entwistle's comment, I simply used a pen and paper. I would simply write down the question number and the reason why I answered the question incorrectly.
