You can find lot of tried and tested study plans in this and other forums. Check those out first.
Here are some tips from my side:
1. Are you analysing your CATs to see where you are going wrong. If you can identify a pattern you may also be able to work out a solution
2. Maintain an
error log. This helps and ensure that you go through this before each test.
3. Maintain flashcards or just notes on questions you found very tricky or tough. Again go through these before every test
4. Be very steady with prep and time spent. Ensure that each day you spent atleast an hour on prep just to stay focussed
