Validity of Manhattan Test scores

Question

Hi,
I have my GMAT in a weeks time and for the past 3 days i have been taking the MGMAT tests. I am somehow not convinced with the scores they put up.

Test 1 : Q 50 ( 10 wrong ) V 38 ( 12 wrong ) - 720
Test 2 : Q 51 ( 10 Wrong ) V 41 ( 12 wrong ) - 750
Test 3 : Q 50 ( 12 wrong ) V 45 ( 10 wrong ) - 770

Is it possible to have such scores on the actual GMAT with so many wrong answers.
When i took the test i though i would score in the range of 680-720 but surprised to see these scores. 
I want some feedback on the validity of the scores as to how reflective they are of the actual GMAT.
I think they give one a false sense of confidence.

My other scores are

GMATPREP 1 - 700 ( 3 weeks ago )
PowerPrep 1/2 - 750 each ( 2 weeks ago )

At first I would like to say you, "WELL DONE! KEEP IT UP!"

I am sure, you know that in GMAT there are some questions that are not counted no matter whether your answers for those are wrong or correct. MGMAT's CATs also include this algorithm. And thus even though you have around 10 incorrect answers in each section of each CAT, you are getting 700+. And, I believe, most of your correct answers covered all those questions that are counted.

Hence, I would not question this score if I were you. On top of that, your GMATPrep CAT score, kind of, justifies these higher MGMAT CAT scores. However, note that GMATPrep CAT scores are more representative of your possible GMAT score than MGMAT CAT scores.

I had the same issue...getting 720 with 16 worng one each section...so your scores are correct

...u scored 700 just 3 weeks back...given high scores in MGMAT...it must have been an off day for you

otherwise...u look all set for 720-750 range

Also would appreciate if Matt from MGMAT or any other staff could shed some light on the same.

Keep up the good scores!

You should use GMAT Club`s GMAT calculator to see how all your mocks weigh in to a potential real score.
