GMAC resets the table every 2 or so years, so yes, I would assume there will be some inflation but at the same time I do not see a reason for them to release a table like that after the June 5th date.
I doubt tutors/instructors will inflate the scores meaningfully enough. The people who do inflate it, are the ones who prep better, and study more, and have more tools than those who did back in 2002.
I think GMAC actually has a pretty tough case -do they make the test harder ( to counteract some of the tools now available) or do they keep the test as is and keep inflating it. I would bet a bit of both is going on.... just a guess (no evidence behind this really).
