Hi There,
Tried searching and don't think I see an answer for this, although i'm guessing its a pretty basic question.
The business schools i'm applying to are international. They only require the math part of the GMAT as i'm a native english speaker.
Two questions for anyone that knows...
1) I assume its possible to take just the math portion of the GMAT?
2) The schools are telling me they need about a 48. I'm seeing scores in the standard SAT type of scale up to 800 i guess. How would i score myself in a way that makes sense for just the math portion.
Thank you!
1. You cannot skip sections in GMAT. You need to take full.
2. The Scale for Verbal and Math in GMAT is 60. These are called Raw score. Although 51 in each section is maximum i seen people scoring.
3. The total GMAT scaled score is 200 to 800 based on the Quant and Verbal Raw score.
4. If you looking for studying Quant part- Please see this post--
All you need for Quant. Since you are saying native English speaker, The verbal part shouldn't be a problem for you.
P.S : Would you mind sharing the names of the school that is asking only Quant part of GMAT?
Hope it helps
