I'd like to get some opinions about the best prep-material (books or courses) to use for the CR section of the GMAT.
My ESR showed that CR was by far my weakest area which surprised me. I mean I knew I wasn't super-strong at CR questions, but I performed even worse than on all Quant sections of the GMAT.
CR = 37th percentile. BAD! BAD! BAD!
My strongest area was SC which made total sense. I am a non-native English speaker but I know I am doing well with the grammar stuff of the GMAT. I know I may even be able to improve a little bit on the SC section if I pay more attention to details. All of these mistakes were silly mistakes which technically I could have avoided.
Not so for RC and CR. I could argue for days why MY answers were wright and GMAT answers were wrong.
So point being... I have my next GMAT scheduled for June 11th. I am nervous because even though I am more prepared than last time I am not sure if I am ready to get the score I need. I am currently considering if I should reschedule or not. I think I want to take one more
MGMAT to see where I approximately stand.
RC and especially CR have not improved at all. Can someone please tell me what helped them with these two verbal sections of the GMAT?
I see so many great verbal scores here that it HAD TO come from CR and RC as well, not just from SC.
