I have total 7 years of experience in IT industry , currently working as a Business analyst in Barclays , need to understand for applying to a good Business school apart from GMAT score what extra i need to add to my profile or How can i make my profile more effective ?

Your experience and current work profile would certainly be suitable to help you aspire for an MBA. Beyond that, the specific things you will need to enhance your profile will need more details on your profile itself - work experience, skills, extra-curriculars etc

Hi suvajit085,

You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

The more specific that you can be when describing the situation, the easier it will be for those Experts to offer you advice (beyond the general questions that you're asking). If you know the specific Schools/Programs that you want to apply to, then that would help. In addition, have you taken the GMAT yet? If you don't have an Official Score to work with, then it would be difficult for anyone to define your 'chances' of getting into any specific School.
