Hey guys, I'm done with my GMAT and looking to start my MBA in 2017. I've been considering a few Canadian B Schools, namely:
1. Rotman (University of Toronto)
2. Ivey (Ivey University)
3. Schulich (York University)
4. Desautels (McGill University)
5. Sauder (University of British Columbia)
6. Alberta (University of Alberta)
I'm currently working on my essays and I could really use some insight into these schools. There's plenty of information about U.S B schools available everywhere, but not so much about their Canadian counterparts.
I would be very grateful to anyone who could come forward and help me out with information such as which of these schools has the best alumni network, which school is known for which specialisation(s), some unique characteristic/feature of the school etc. Basically, insider info. I've scoured the internet with almost no success.
It would also be helpful if any of you could provide me with links and direct me to relevant discussions or web pages. If I could get in touch with alumni from any/all of these schools, that would be awesome! I've been trying really hard to do that.
Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you

Hi localwisecrack,
Have you tried reaching out to the Schools directly? There's a reasonable chance that the Admissions Departments for each of these Schools can answer many of your questions and I would bet that they could directly put you in touch with Alums.
