Hi all,
I've been trying to practice deep breathing for the exam, but not sure how to use it during the exam itself. For example, should you take 1 breath during your answering of a question or before, or after? Won't deep breathing distract you if you're doing it while in the middle of a calculation? Any tips appreciated.
Hi
bianalyst ,
The main purpose of deep breathing should be relax your mind and getting anxiety out of you.
But if you do the same while doing questions, you will loose your focus and end up getting questions wrong.
You should NOT practice doing anything that could be disastrous.
I would do deep breathing either during the breaks or after doing some questions say after every 10 questions.
I may do so if I feel I am not able to understand anything.
Let me know in case of any concern. All the best.
