I was hoping that was not the case but more and more schools are requiring these now.

There isn’t an official way to hide your other score really and download just the good score. (Which is why they want to see it).

If you are concerned about it (nothing abnormal to have a few scores on it with some being less perfect than others), you can always use the optional essay to preempt any questions.

Yes, I think the school wants to see my number of attempts and scores.
Well, no problem, I'll submit my unofficial score.

Thanks for your quick response BB.

Hi everyone,

I have taken the GMAT exam twice and wish to apply to a b-school using my second score. But when I try to download my unofficial score report from the GMAC website, it shows records of both the attempts.

Is there a way to download an unofficial score report of only my latest attempt?

Please help..

Thanks.

Hi Krystallized ,

Unfortunately, there is no way to get the test takers copy containing only the current score from GMAC website.

You must have got the copy after giving your exam.

The score report you can download from mba.com would always contain the scores of all previous attempts.

Good Luck.

It's too late now, but the best way for other applicants to avoid this type of situation is to keep cancelling your GMAT score until you have the one you want. In that case, only the score(s) you want will show up on your student score report. (You can always reinstate cancelled scores for a fee, but you cannot cancel scores after the 72-hour window has expired.)

The student score report will still indicate the score cancellations--but it will not show the actual scores that were cancelled, just a "C" in their place.
