Recently I found a lot of posts where the test takers were scoring high on the gmat mocks such as 710, 720, 750. But on the d-day score was 680. I request experts [b]bb GMATNinja egmat and other experts to shed some light on the this topic.
How we can avoid such circumstances and what strategy do we need to follow during our prep journey.

Thanks

No one will ever be able to avoid this sort of situation entirely. Try to stay away from GMATPrep questions in prep material and online, and try to recreate exam conditions as closely as possible. At the end of the day, however, there is exam pressure (and measurement error), along with pure luck, involved. Don't go in expecting your GMAT score to be necessarily the same as your GMATPrep scores.
