Hi all,
Could someone please assist with this? I just purchased the exams 5 & 6... I have taken exam 5... was able to review it once but now is showing me no score. Also retook exam 1 & not having any score show up at all. As well as gmat prep my exams 3&4 activation codes I was told aren't working & I had to request new ones.. I attached images of what is being displayed. Anyone have a solution????? Email them is always a 3 day wait and barely get any decent help.

I guess there are a lot of bugs in the online version...people are discussing the issues they're facing on this post:https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-is-changing-april-16-2018-it-will-be-30-minutes-shorter-262569-340.html, so it may help if you post your queries here. Also apart from sending gmac an email, you can also tag them here, this is their official handle on gmatclub... OfficialGMAT

I am facing the same issue. I havent been able to log into my account for a week plus now. It always gives me the same error stating the session is open in another browser. I have closed all my other window tabs, rebooted my laptop, and even changed my password (in case it was logged in through someone else's laptop) to no avail. I mailed them 2 days but haven't got a response yet
