Hi,

When I practice RC daily I'm doing above average(in some cases all questions correct for 700 level passages ), but when I'm doing it in Mocks I'm getting many wrong in RC section.

Experts, please suggest me how to improve.

Hi,

When I practice RC daily I'm doing above average(in some cases all questions correct for 700 level passages ), but when I'm doing it in Mocks I'm getting many wrong in RC section.

Not expert here. but here are few things:

Time taken - did you check on time when doing the passage at the time of practice Vs full mock?
Time Left - Are you getting stressed because of lack of time? what is your accuracy for 1st passage in the mock?

Try to practice mix bag of questions. for example take 5SC, 5CR and 2RC in practice itself.

Could you please tell if you panick or take stress because of time or just run out of time in MOCK.

Are the source of practice RCs and mock same?

Please figure these out.

Hi Adi93,

While you have identified RC as an area that you might need to work on, it's possible that there are OTHER areas that also require your attention. You recently asked for help in another thread (here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/experts-glob ... l#p2060158), but you have not answered any of the questions that you were asked. If you can provide some additional information, then I'll be happy to advise.

I will follow your suggestions about mix bag of questions.

Could you please tell if you panic or take stress because of time or just run out of time in MOCK?. No, not because of that but actually I'm not able to comprehend that well in Mocks while doing RC.I have no idea why :hurt:


Are the source of practice RCs and mock same? No, they are very different.
