I have to give my gmat in the month of june(end) but i'm not sure whether i can achieve my target of 730+ by 3 months now, as of now my gmat club scores are around 450-500.So, should i go for booking the slot to get the seriousness?????

From what you've described, it's not clear whether you have taken any FULL-LENGTH CATs yet or not. You can take 2 for free at www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). A full CAT Score will give us a good sense of your current strengths and weaknesses and will help provide a basis for comparison as you continue to study. A FULL CAT takes about 3.5 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have a full CAT Score, you should report back here and we can come up with a study plan.
Before I can offer you any additional advice, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
5) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Given that you’re scoring around 450 (280+ points from your score goal), you will not be able to score 730+ in just one month of prep. Consider giving yourself much more time to prep for the GMAT, and then take your exam when you are ready.
