These days we have a few tools available that allow English grammar syntax highlighting( a tool that highlights noun, verb, adjective, adverb etc). One popular tool doing this is iA Writer (on mac). Another easier way to access a similar tool is to do it here: https://english.edward.io/ .
Now, the question is, while I find this exercise of seeing the question will a clear sentence structure in this tool, do u think this practice may be detrimental to the GMAT SC skills overall.(as one may get used to seeing color-coded parts of speech)
My idea of doing this exercise is that I may get too good at identifying Sentence structure after a few days of practice using one of these tools.
Any opinion/suggestion will help

That has to be a good thing, right? I can't comment on the tool you mentioned, but if you feel that it will help you develop (some of) the skills that the GMAT tests, you should go ahead.
