Hello everybody,
I wanted to take the GMAT online because of the current situation. I have been surprised to see that pen and pencil were not allowed, which I find very strange. I have called the Gmat customer service, and they said they did not have more information than what is on the website.
Do you really think it is possible for them to launch such an exam, without anything to write on during the quantitative section? I feel it is almost impossible to succeed without writing anything.

Hello, Marco91400. Yes, on the page Abhi077 linked to, you will see that there will be an online whiteboard instead of something to physically write on. I find pen and noteboard to be easier, hands down, in terms of working quant problems, but if this is what GMAC™ has settled on in an effort to reduce cheating, then so be it. There are plusses and minuses to each version of the test (e.g., the AWA section, being able to order the sections, or getting test results on the spot).
