Hello Experts on Gmat Club, and fellow members of the Gmat Club.
I am Devesh Joshi, I gave my Gmat (online) on 12 Nov and got 690: V35 and Q49, coming from an over represented section, the schools that I want to apply to ,and with an average profile , I was looking to improve my GMAT score by 20-30 points, especially by focusing on Verbal. To be honest I don't know where to start apart from few things, it takes me more time to solve RC and CR than it does to solve SC , I also feel that I am missing out on strategy, in exam i got stuck on some questions and it cost me 4 RC questions in the end as I had to randomly mark the answers for them. To improve my RC I have focused on 700 level LSAT passages and of course OG questions, the same goes for CR LSAT and OG questions. I would really appreciate your feedback and suggestions

As you are looking to improve your verbal score, it's important for you to identify what went wrong. I'm sure you must be very good with the concepts by now. It's just that you are probably not using the right strategies to solve questions.
You might have got stuck between two close answer choices and could not eliminate the incorrect one. This happens when you do not use the right methodology.
Having said that, it would be premature to suggest you anything without knowing what actually went wrong.
I wish to know your approach of solving SC, CR and RC questions. Only then I can tell you what to work on. So, you can just write back to me here in detail or a better way would be to
connect over a zoom conference call and solve a few questions together. This way, I can analyze your approach and see if there's any flaw in your approach so that you can work on improving it.
