After studying for two months, I have scored a mere 410 on my GMAT diagnostic test. (I didn't give it seriously and gave answers by guessworks) I got v20, Q23. How do I prepare to get to 500 to 550 score on the GMAT at least in a week?

I'm afraid a 100 point improvement might not be very realistic in one week. But I'm not really sure whether 410 reflects your actual score. As you said you haven't given the mock seriously, you can try giving another one seriously this time and see what's the score. May be that would help us come up with the solution.
