Hi Biswesh,
Struggling with time is just a symptom. The actual problem is not using the right methodology to solve the question under optimum time. There can be 'N' number of ways to solve a particular question but as GMAT has an average time of solving question under 2 minutes, you need to use the best possible methods to solve the questions. So, I would suggest you learn the right methodologies to solve the questions and then practice questions.
You might find it a little tedious process in the initial stages but trust me, that's how it works. Once you learn the right methodology to solve questions and practice using it, it comes naturally to you. And to do that, I suggest you to use the right resource which can help you teach the methodology.
