Hi everyone,
I'm trying to increase my accuracy in SC 700 level questions.
My current ac for 500 and 600 is respectively 90 and 80%, moreover my past Mocks and related mistakes suggest me that I should absolutely improve my 700 level otherwise I will never increase my score.
However, I'm consistently scoring 30% at this level.
Any suggestions?
I read that in order to aim for a V40 I should reach a steady 60%+ in 700 level questions.

Hi Nik11,
It's not the level of the question you have to worry about but the methodology to solve the question. Once you learn the right methodology, you will be able to the question no matter what the difficulty level is. So, make sure to learn the right methodology and then practice questions. You can go through the below article to understand better.
Accuracy is not the king, Skill is!!
The right methodology to solve SC questions:
SC questions on GMAT test your ability to convey the right meaning without any ambiguity. So, you have to approach the SC questions from meaning stand-point rather than grammar perspective. You might have often come across answer choices which are grammatically correct and which convey a logical meaning but are indeed incorrect. So, you have to understand the intended meaning of the original sentence, identify errors if any and then eliminate answer choices which either are grammatically incorrect or do not convey the right meaning.

I thought, but my acc is still very low at 700-level. When I tried to improve my accuracy in the 600-700 level, after 20-30 questions I grasped very important patterns and I have hugely improved. However, at this level each explanation provided by the experts seems very ankward. I mean, it seems that there are thousands of rules. During the last 3 days I made 40 SC questions at 700 level, 14 of which right.... I'm very frustrated with SC.
