GMAT Online Appointment Dissappeared?

Question

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but I scheduled my appointment for Mar. 6th for the Online GMAT and my appointment that was there before disappeared!

I have emailed GMAT customer support, but has anyone else experienced something similar?

I was just looking at that thread, but cannot seem to find the "My Account Page"

When I login, where do I navigate to find that? I presume that "My Account Page" is different than the "My Account" button?

it is not like they have a huge website (i can't pull it up for some reason - it won't let me even register for GMAT Online

Hmm yeah I did check that location, but I got an "unexpected error occurred" when I try to click any of the register for GMAT options. I would post the screenshot, but I don't have enough posts yet to add links. Maybe it's an issue on the website's end?

I got the same error as you did. I thought it was only for me for some specific reason such as mba.com hates me or smth

I guess I have no choice but to wait for GMAC's response. I'm worried now that my tests have been cancelled somehow. I scheduled for two online GMAT exams. One on Mar. 6th and the other one on Apr. 3rd.

My online appointment also disappeared! I am scheduled to take the GMAT on March 19, 2021... I tried to hover around the different areas of my account, and I cannot see my appointment anywhere. I will message GMAC as well.

I have a GMAT exam scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 2nd March 2021. And even I can't see the appointment details under "Future GMAT Test Center Exams".

I am experiencing the same issue and my exam is in 3 days!!! I contacted the call center and they told me to send an email with the screenshot of the future exam section. I have yet to hear back from them. Does anyone have any news?

I got an email follow up from GMAC and basically they said the site was having technical issues. I just checked this morning and saw my Online appointments have reappeared.
