Two thoughts:

1) You might have a quantity vs quality problem with your prep. 10 hrs per day is a huge amount of time but if you're focused on the wrong things, you're really only spending a fraction of that. I had one client with similar time investment and after we did a diagnostic session, she realized that 90% of her effort was misplaced.

2) Verbal is as much about great in-test tactics as deep knowledge of English and grammar rules. There's 50-75 points available to grab by focusing on HOW you tackle verbal questions.

The key thing for you now is to answer the WHY question: Why are you falling short on verbal questions? It's not just about grammar rules, it's about things like eliminating SC answer choices first, restating the argument in CR, focusing on quantitative elements of CR questions (when they are there) and a focus in RC on avoid deep re-reads.

Happy to discuss all of these areas and much more with you on a call. I do last minute GMAT performance coaching almost exclusively -- maybe a FREE diagnostic session to create focus in your last minute prep would make sense?

Let me know if you're interested.

Hi chastrdl.

It may be that, by learning some key things about verbal, you could increase your verbal score enough to hit your score goal.

The early SC and CR chapters in TTP cover some key basics and strategies that would support all your efforts in SC, CR, and RC and that you can use to make your approaches to answering questions more effective, more efficient, and less tiring. So, even though you have limited time prepare before your next GMAT, going through some of those early chapters is likely a good move.

MartyTargetTestPrep: Thank you for replying. I have completed 50% of the verbal part on TTP (SC, CR). But there is no RC part, am I wrong?

Hey chastrdl,
It was never my intention to offend you in any way, I sincerely apologize if it seemed that way. The only reason I said that you weren't ready is keeping the cost of a GMAT attempt in mind because 250$ is a huge amount for anybody in this world.
I wish you the very best for your GMAT attempt and if you are able to increase you score despite battling health issues then it is possible that you achieve your target score and get admission to the program that you want to.

Best of luck .

That is correct. The RC portion will be released in about a month.
