More than 3 weeks ago I raised a potential scoring issue to customer service. They opened a case and forwarded my inquiry to a team that they call "development-team" / "psychometrics team".
Unfortunately customer service is not able to give me an update on the current status or the time when I can expect an answer. Since I need an answer to decide whether to take the GMAT again, this uncertainty is nerve racking. Moreover, I would like to send out my masters applications soon.
Hence, my questions to you are:
- Do you have any idea of when I can expect an answer?
- Are you familiar with the "development or psychometrics team"? What outcome can I expect?
- Is there anyway to slightly push the process forwards in order to receive an answer sooner?
Any answer is really highly appreciated!
