Hi desertEagle.

Generally, three counted questions is the max you can miss and score V45+. Of course, you could also miss some experimental verbal questions and score V45+ since experimental questions don't affect your score.

So, one way to view the answer to your question is that you can miss four questions, three counted questions and one experimental question, and score V45+.

There are actually six experimental questions in the verbal section, but since you won't be aware of which questions are experimental, it doesn't make sense to plan to miss them, but it's relatively safe to miss four and hope that one out of the four is experimental.
