Hi, I have finally built my study plan using the resources on GMAT club and I am feeling pretty good starting out, we will see how confidence evolves.
Some people and members have said that meditation helps so I signed up for a 21 day meditation challenge and I finished it yesterday. I would say that my focus has evolved and improved, my anxiety has changed as well. On quant, I used to worry and wonder how will I ever be able to do a question in less than 2minutes. Then I slowed down, 2mins actually is a lot of time if you think about, when you are jittery it feels like it is not enough time, when you slow yourself down and think clearly it is enough time.
So, there are lots of free resources on youtube that can help with meditation and breathing exercises. I will post some links and notes with a playlist.
With regards to elite performance coaching any free resources that are available on youtube?
Ideally I want to include meditation as well as the coaching in my study plan.
