Onboarding Task - bug

Hi team

I have completed all Onboarding tasks. Still I am not able to earn the onboarding badge or collect that reward. Why is it happening can you please clarify

Hi. This is because onboarding reward was introduced in 2025 and you joined in 2023. The onboarding offer has changed since and so while you did not get this onboarding offer, you did receive the one from 2023 which was 7 days of Forum Quiz access on March 7th it seems like 2023.

bb  however, I didn’t complete this onboarding task until recently by subscribing to our YouTube channel. So even though the offers have changed I should be able to get the reward points and batch for completing this right??

If not then I won’t be able to get it ever I suppose
