Hi,
I am stuck at Q49. How to move to the next +1 range?
Any test I do mgmat, gmatprep, etc everything gives me a Q49.

You should pat yourself on the back and move on....
This is hardly an issue.
It's more of an accomplishment....
Relax and think a bit what is your weakness. time? silly mistake or some special problems? Now, concentrate only on them.
just answer more questions correctly.
I went from a 46Q to a 50Q in a month on the gmat exam. Difference was I was more relaxed, didn't get flustered over questions (1st time I got stuck on the 1st question for 4 minutes and it was over before it even began) and I double checked my answers and noticed that I had caught things that were wrong. Basically I noticed the trick in the question.
The difference between a 49 and a 50 in my opinion is probably 1 or 2 more hard questions correct. I have faith in you. I never thought I'd hit 50. I thought that was reserved for only the quant geniuses. It is not. I have always been good at math, but never considered myself a math genius (i.e. walker). But I definitely worked hard to get my score up. I started practicing with scores like 40-42 in Q. You just have to do questions over and over again. There are tons of patterns you need to recognize. Learn the ins and outs of every OG question. One of the probably 50Q level questions was an OG question asked in a different way, but it had the same trick which I was able to recgonize. Also do as many gmatprep quant's as you can. If you see 15 repeats who cares. Just re-do every question.

What is your verbal at? Verbal will pull you up a lot more than getting one extra point on quant. At least it seems that way to me.
